Content Creation, Access and Storage
1. OB1 users are free to enter their nickname (which is their username on registration), prompt title and prompt body content. We are not responsible for this information. If you come across obscene or unacceptable content, you can put a dislike on it, which will automatically downrank selected prompt inside Prompt library menu ("Find" menu). It will also help other users to opt out of using this prompt. If you consider your rights being violated, please contact us by our E-mail below, and we will inspect the case.
2. All public and private prompts' content you create and save as new prompts, inside OB1 Editor and OB1 Prompt save menu respectively, using Create function, is stored in our database indefinately.
3. Public prompts may be anonymized and retained indefinitely for research and development purpose by OB1 crew and other third-party services without your consent. By saving any public prompt in OB1 you agree, that it automatically becomes available to all users of OB1 for copying, editing as new prompts, sharing and any other actions of their choice.
4. Private prompts created within OB1 are your intellectual property, which you entrust us to store in our database indefinately. Private prompts can be accessed by their creator and OB1 crew only. Content of any private prompt can not be used by OB1 crew for purposes, other than security of user's data.
Children's Privacy
Our Product does not address anyone under the age of 12. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 12. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child under the age of 12 has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. Should we be aware that we have collected Personal Data from children under the age of 12 without verification of parental consent or should we be informed, that your rights or the rights of your ward (child) have been violated in any way while using our Product, we take steps to remove that personal information and eliminate the cause of violation from our servers.
